Joe and his wife Liz moved to Flagstaff in 1979 to live and raise their four children. They now have eleven beautiful grandchildren. Joe worked in law enforcement for eleven years before moving to Flagstaff to become a part of our close knit community and to take advantage of the great outdoor recreational opportunities in and around Flagstaff. Joe is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, backpacking, and hiking. He is also a private pilot and takes pleasure in flying during his free time. Stephani is one of the most eccentric and fun-loving members of our team. She grew up in a small town in Arizona and moved to Flagstaff to enjoy the beauty our town has to offer. She carries a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with an emphasis in Business Administration. Her previous sales experience includes time with companies such as Tommy Hilfiger, Millers Outpost, PACSUN, Victoria's Secret and Abercrombie and Fitch. Stephani's real estate industry experience began in 2003 at First American Title where she worked on a team with over 25 years of title and escrow experience. She joined the Common Goal team in 2005 as the Marketing and Listing Coordinator. Recently, she was voted into Montclair's 'Who's who in Real Estate' and is an active member of the Mike Ferry Organization. Stephani was our leading Sales Manager at the Arbors condominium project, initiating many successful sales. After closing over 42 units, she moved back to our main office to resume her role on our listing team with Valerie and hasn't stopped going at it since! When she's not hard at work marketing your homes, she's out playing soccer, running, playing frisbee golf, shopping and serving her community through several charitable events. Chris is the Executive Listing Assistant at Common Goal Realty. He works side-by-side with both Valerie and Stephani in their daily endeavors to get your homes sold! Chris is in charge of weekly service reports for the homes they market. Whether its hand delivering flyers to the properties or conducting a weekly house inspection to ensure everything remains in order, Chris is there to help smooth the path and achieve the goals of our clients. As part of the listing team Chris also assists with the scheduling and coordination of professionals, such as photographers, housekeepers and gardeners, which ensures our properties are in top notch condition for showings. When Chris isn't working for Common Goal he is working hard feeding, exercising, and caring for horses at three different local ranches in the Flagstaff area. In addition to this, Chris also enjoys riding his own horse, Snake. Chris enjoys spending free time with his family and friends and is currently attending Northern Arizona University where he majors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. With Chris’s sarcastic wit and endless energy, he is a great addition and keeps the rest of the Common Goal Team on their toes.
